I was no different than most people.
My early research about my OYs, or uncomfortable situations, uncovered many opportunities for change. But, I was not ready to release my old comfort habits.
Comfort habits are those things we do to make ourselves more comfortable when life feels out of control like eating comfort foods, drinking alcohol, fingernail biting, approval seeking, overachieving, and security blankets.
When I decided to just have fun...I was able to change my old seemingly comfortable discomfort habits for new exciting habits that led to growth, wellness, and extreme JOY!
